Privacy Policy – Block Fit

Effective date: 26 October 2026
Developer: Adivantech (Pvt) Ltd.
Contact: contact@adivantech.com

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Block Fit (“the App”), published by Adivantech (Pvt) Ltd. (“we”, “us”), handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Summary

  • You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to play.
  • Your game progress, scores and settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.
  • The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads, as described below.
  • The optional “Remove Ads” purchase is processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details.

2. Information stored on your device

The App saves the following locally, using your device’s app storage:

  • your current game (board, pieces and score) so you can continue later,
  • your high score, theme choice, and sound and vibration settings,
  • whether you have purchased “Remove Ads”,
  • a count of finished games (used to space out ads).

This data never leaves your device, and we cannot access it. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob, operated by Google LLC, to display banner, interstitial and optional rewarded video ads. To provide, personalise (where permitted) and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect and process:

  • device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID,
  • your IP address and the approximate location derived from it,
  • device and app information (for example device model, operating system version and language),
  • ad interactions (for example views and taps), and
  • diagnostic and performance information.

This information is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices:

  • Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): if you are in these regions, the App asks for your consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy Options within the App.
  • Ad personalisation: you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
  • Remove Ads: buying “Remove Ads” stops banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded videos are shown only when you choose to watch one.

4. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

The one-time “Remove Ads” purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. Google processes your payment information under the Google Payments Privacy Notice (https://payments.google.com/payments/apis-secure/get_legal_document?ldo=0&ldt=privacynotice). The App only receives confirmation that the purchase was made, so it can remove ads and restore your purchase on a new device.

5. Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store or sell your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment information. The App does not use analytics or crash-reporting services other than what AdMob collects as described above.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.

7. Security and retention

Data stored on your device is protected by your device’s security. Data that Google collects through AdMob or Google Play is retained by Google according to its own policies. Data sent by the App to Google services is encrypted in transit.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold personal data about you, most requests concern data held by Google. Use the in-app Privacy Options, your device’s ad settings, or Google’s tools at https://myaccount.google.com. You can also contact us at contact@adivantech.com and we will help.

9. External links

The App may open links to Google Play (to rate the App), this Privacy Policy, or your email app. Those services have their own privacy policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this address and update the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the App’s store listing.
